One of my favorite[hidden gem] locations in Southern California –Korakia Pensione! The perfect hideaway for a intimate elopement or private wedding, located in Palm Springs.
These two wanted a intimate setting to say their vows and celebrate, Korakia was the perfect spot! We started by saying their vows in front of a vintage arch, afterwards we explored the property and took many photos!
Had the chance to visit here few years ago, and have been wanting to photograph here for some time! This Mediterranean Pensione is a photographers paradise, with stunning locations at each step. From pink bougainvilleas to white walls and palm trees,, and unique scents such as Moroccan lamps, and of course a stunning entrance with a beautiful fountain.
Love this locations for an intimate elopement, because Korakia truly is a destination— one that you travel to, but are still close by (two hours from San Diego or Los Angeles by car). Being so close, its a place you can visit for an anniversary to celebrate.
The property has two sides to it, across the street from each other. One is more of a Moroccan Style and the other is more Mediterranean style, with a beautiful white wall. Close by, there are a few hiking trails that make for great photos!
