The island of Hawaii is also an easy location to elope in. You can pick up a license, and elope the same day! More information on that here. You do need a state-approved officiant, but you do not need a witness.
Weather wise, Hawaii is a tropical island. Best times to visit are fall and spring. The holiday season can get busy from November to March.
Hanalei Bay, Kauai
The perfect combination of cliffs and ocean views can be found in Hanalei Bay. For those that want something intimate, rent out a Airbnb by the beach and elope at your own time while being on Island Time. The north shore of Kauai features beautiful views, and majestic mountains.
Polihale State Park, Kauai
Located on the western side of Kauai, this location is lesser known. This makes it the perfect location to elope as it’s less crowded making it great for photos. You can also head up to Waimea Canyon for legendary views on top of cliffs.
Kualoa Ranch, Oahu
Known for its epic scenery, Kualoa Ranch offers several locations for elopements, Jumanji being the favorite. It is a remote valley location, which makes you feel like it’s your own slice of paradise.
Paia Inn, Maui
This location— Paia Inn is on Maui. It is a modern yet boho location, ideal for intimate elopement. Take advantage of the close beach views for great photo opportunities.
Montage Kapalua Bay, Maui
Beautiful scenery at the Montage is its main focus. The location offers views to stunning sunsets and pretty cliff views.
