Olivenhain Hall Wedding + Encinitas Wedding Venues

North of the downtown San Diego, on the Coast Highway 101 is the picturesque town of Encinitas, with stunning views and blue waters. It’s a mix of 1960’s surf culture mixed with modern touches from dreamers, creatives, good eats and spirits.  Here’s a guide to some wedding venues in the area.

 

OLIVENHAIN HALL

Build in the late 1800’s this historical building has a lot of old charm. Olivenhain Hall definitely has that ‘rustic’ authentic style. The surrounding building are idea for portraits and group shots. With a small membership fee, the hall can be rented out for a wedding. Think backyard, rustic, with adding a dance floor, twinkle lights and diy table decorations.

FOUR MOONS SPA

Located in the coastal and yoga community in Encinitas, Four Moons is a hidden gem. It is a modern healing space, but can be transformed into a intimate wedding venue for a small affair. The space looks like a Balinese courtyard and features a koi pond and waterfall, surrounded by several building that encircle a large garden.  Details and personal touches have been inspired by world travel and the natural environment. With twinkle lights the area can be transformed into a romantic garden wedding celebration.

SAN DIEGO BOTANICAL GARDEN

What’s not to love about a natural greenery. Located in the heart of Encinitas, the San Diego Botanical Garden features over 37 acres of gardens and palms. It’s the perfect backdrop for a wedding celebration. With 29 themes gardens in the area, there are many options for photos. If lush paradise is your thing, definitely check out this venue!

PANNIKIN COFFEE

Rumor has it that this iconic coffee shop can be rented out for a wedding! Driving north on the 101, towards Leucadia, you can’t miss the big yellow house on the left- this is Pannikin coffee shop. Known for its imported tea and fresh baked goods. The inside is filled with local artwork and cute coffee shop finds. With a creative mind, this can be transformed into a wedding location.

Encinitas has a lot of unique eateries and locations. PErhaps one of your favorite breweries can be rented out for a celebration, just get in touch. Check out Saint Archer Brewery  or Culture Brewing in Encinitas.  With its laid back coastal vibes, Encinitas is a fun town for a wedding celebration.
