I’ve been thinking about this post a lot. I can’t believe it has already been one YEAR since I returned from my South-East Asia trip. February 15, 2011, I decided to take a trip for 3 month and travel throughout Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietman. (Yes, in that order). While there, I volunteered in Thailand for a month, teaching english to little Thai children, I attended my friend, Astami’s wedding in Bali and learned so much about the world and myself. I feel so fortunate to have been able to take such a trip and see a part of the world that only few actually go to.
After returning, I was faced with the question, “What now?”. What should I do with my life now? I was basically left with a blank slate, and so I though on what I actually like to do, and though of photography. Throughout my trip I took photos EVERYWHERE and I loved it. I think photos are so important. Not the poised ones, but the Candids turn into memories. And so I bought a camera and decided to try it, I don’t loose anything if I try, its the least I can do.. try, because you don’t get anywhere if you don’t.
And so, I new chapter began. Some photos from my trip, and of course more of them on my gallery page.
