Acre Hotel, Baja Wedding Photographer

A perfect jungle oasis- Acre Baja, in Cabo San Lucas, has been on everyone’s radar! I’m sure you have seen this popular venue/restaurant all over insta. I’ve been there twice, and it is truly amazing… one of my favorite spots for sure! There is so much fun foliage to work with, which is amazing for photos, and a wedding!

Acre Baja sits on 25 acres of lush greenery. It also features unique treehouses, organic farms and cute farm animals. Besides the aesthetically pleasing restaurant, there is also a mango-orchard which is ideal for small gatherings of 20, or as big as 500; it also has a fun, tiled dance floor! The mango orchard also has string lights, which makes it perfect for a night of dancing under the stars!

So, if you’re planning a wedding a wedding at Acre (or thinking about it!) Here are some tips and recommendations.

WHEN?

Best time to plan a wedding in Cabo is November- April; these months tend to be cooler in Cabo, meaning less humidity. Late spring, going into summer, you can also beat the spring-break crowd. Late summer/ early fall is also known for rain storms, and nobody wants that!

WHERE?

For your wedding night, definitely stay at Acre and enjoy the atmosphere! Acre does have several intimate treehouses. However, if you’re having a wedding with several guests, a hotel such as Hotel El Gonzo, is more ideal (and affordable!), it overlooks the water and offers a fun vibe. Guests can be shuttled to Acre Baja from a hotel close by.

HOW?

Booking your wedding at Acre Baja, includes a day of planner which will make sure things run smoothly. Food and beverages will be prepared on site as well. There is lots of foliage and jungle vibes at Acre, so you won’t need to bring in a ton of vendors. To make your wedding unique & unforgettable here are some favorite local vendors-
